Jeans Apron

I  want to share this awesome craft I stumbled upon a few months ago.  I just got around to trying it today.  It is SOOO simple and comes out great.   An old pair of jeans transformed into a cute little apron that you can use while gardening, painting, or anything else you decide.  I think this apron will work perfectly for my new tire garden I posted recently!

Supplies:

An old pair of jeans

Apair of scissors

That’s all! See so simple!

Directions:

1. Lay pants flat with the zipper facing up.

2. Cut along the top seam on both sides until you get to the side seam.

3. Cut down the side seam, cutting past the crotch seam.

4. Fold down the front part that you just  cut and cut the back side in a slight downward arch from one side seam to the other.

It’s that easy! Now you have a little apron with pockets that you can button on instead of having to tie. What a great way to recycle an old pair of jeans, and it is super cute!
