Do you ever get a hankering for a really good burger or chicken sandwich? One of my favorites is the Big Kahuna Sandwich! The recipe calls for chicken, but I have also made this as a burger. You can find the recipe here:
This sandwich is DELICIOUS! I did not use the brown sugar, and I chose provolone for the cheese. The longer the chicken, pineapple, and ham marinade, the better it tastes (and it is pretty darn good if only marinated for half an hour). Both of our families (Karen’s and Sarah’s) had this as the main course for a dinner together. We were very pleased! You can change up the type of cheese and buns you use to give it a little flare of your own if you so choose. These are also great topped with lettuce and tomato.
