If you want an easy strawberry shortcake recipe, you can use the recipe on the side of the Bisquick box (I buy the 6 lb box for mornings when I don’t want to make pancakes or waffles completely from scratch). This is a Betty Crocker Recipe.

This is what mine looked like:
Mine were pretty fluffy and high after baking. I was worried that the middle would not be cooked through, so I flipped them over and baked for two more minutes. That is why they are browned on top.
*I always set the timer for half of the minimum time listed then rotate the pan 180 degrees and bake for the other half of the time. This assists with even baking.
*For a more festive dessert, replace half the strawberries with blueberries.
*This can just as easily make twelve shortcakes. Just use the tops as 6 more bottoms and skip putting tops on!
